Well it looks like 3 engineers from the dam are going to take the fall from the floods,Anna Bligh, Cambell Newman, are all clear.
I haven't heard anything mentioned about Tim Flannery and his crew saying the dams will never be full again, because if the engineers took them seriously then I can understand why they might have been reluctant to spill too much water prior to the flood.
Just my take on the matter.
