The trial can start anytime now. But they are signing up all the required trial sites..ATM.. some flexibility in numbers some sites could do more patients than others depending on the demand .... They do not need to wait for IRB (Ethics) approval. They have approval from the FDA to start now.
It is a blended phase 2/3 so it is seamless for the patient. During the course of the 12-month treatment, I got the impression from Joel that they (patients) won't even know whether they are in P2 or P3.
