Details below of Brisbane Part 2 which will once again be a great time for those attending to meet and greet and share hidden markets secrets we all have.
As you can see the original group have taken there spots again, however if through them being unavailable, then there position will be given to someone wishing to attend in there absence.
I have outlined the costs below for those interested and will contact the Medina and see if we can pay seperately so as to claim the expenses.
At this stage sponsors are being sought by both PaulB and BigRoddy and if that goes ahead then I would expect the costs to be minimal and will update as news comes to hand.


Venue Hire Friday6pm to 11pm $350.00
Venue Hire Saturday 830am to 12pm Medina's gift
Beverages (1 hour 40people- 5pm to 6pm )$1,000.00
Food Platters (4) $360.00

Total Preliminary Cost $1,710.00

Preliminary Cost per person $42.75


Accommodation:
Complimentary upgrade to river view
One Bedroom apartment @ $162.00 per room per night
Studio Room @ $154.00 per room per night

Discounted full buffet breakfast rate: $18.00 per person per day. Weekend SV Restaurant open for breakfast from 7.00am - 11.00am.

Car parking on site: for in house guests @ $5.00 per day, for the non in house guests is subject to availability on the day, if available then at a charge of $10.00 per day require to pay at the front reception prior to parking. Alternatively, car parking stations near by on Eagle Street, 545 Adelaide Street within 8-10 minutes of walking distance to Medina Executive Brisbane Hotel.

Saturday - informal group charting and discussions with chart requests from the general HC community.
