He did say that FDA process runs like in Parallel but said questions on Chemistry are already done. FDA is now questioning the packaging such as why is the colour of this package different from the one submitted and that Dr Reddy had to go to a professional printer shop to print it the way they submitted. The exact line from Peter (If I can remember it correctly) "You'd think that the question on Chemistry are over so why question about packaging on which he added, he was relieved it is now on packaging". It does seem on a high percentage that he was confident that the other major tasks were addressed. If there is something he is holding back it would be hard to read into it.
