You forgot about the fire raining from the skies and the oceans boiling, the lions laying down with the lambs.
I have a property in Newmarket, it has grown an average 14% compounding pa for 5 years. If it took a breather for a year or so I would not complain. It's pretty much self funding atm as the rent has risen well over that time.
But ofcourse I'm not as smart as the people who were telling me five years ago that it was all over for property, they even had newspaper articles to support their case.
