the property market reminds of the tech bubble, the people who have made big refuse to budge that by every historical measure, homes (just like tech stocks were) are grossly overpriced.
in brisbane, 400k for an old post war 3 bedroom weatherboard home out in the burbs with 30-60 year old kitchens and bathrooms.... madness.... or 350-450k for a box 2 bedroom apartment intercity
