No, the portal is for immediate access to SOAs, while lilly is a change of process, which licensees need to sign off on. Sentry are satisfied with Lilly and an announcement will be made soon. No other MOUs with licensees have been agreed to yet, so the the portal will give individual practises back door usage of IAMs back office processing while they wait for licensee approval of Lilly.
