if only the ASX was under the purview of the ACCC. If it was, the ASX would be shut down but it is exempt from ACCC investigation, that's why the big end of town is allowed to steal small sharehoders' wealth and nothing will ever get done about it. The ASX gets paid by these bandits to front run your orders, allows multiple trades of any amount (including 1 share at a time if they so wish) without paying for each trade... and so on. The way the ASX favours big traders over others is scandalous but that's the game you are playing.
