Mike Pivac: What he can say is that next year this time will be very different, in talks with number of companies, cant divulge further.

- Mass production of HX to be funded by JV rather than CR.

- Pivac and Flynn flying round the world past 9 months to lock in territory for Waas.

- Dual listings on cards. But treading cautiously. Not an act of desperation.

- Initial HX production cost $2.75m. After mass production will be halved. B/E for machine – 12 months

- HX works best 5 – 37 degrees. Above 37, problems starts showing due to machine heating. Working on refrigeration
component now. When will it be completed? “Very soon”. (Most likely reason for the delays)

- Laser guide tripod for HX boom vibration proof. Filled with water at bas for stabilisation. Weighs a few hundred kilos.

- 2^nd gen HX can be any form, not necessary cab. 1^st gen HX will be used to break into other markets when time comes, but will not be redundant or scrapped.
