Didn't the Pivacs say house builds where around the corner? That the X was all ready.

The heating issue is not minor because the X is supposedly in a mature phase and if it were so simply a solution would have been developed within a month with 150 engineers! This information is material because of the Saudi announcement which has no standing and the lack of information from their end suggests that off the record the "agreement" is off.

So please do tell me how they have not potentially breached their obligations to shareholders?
