Good advice but it's way too late. Brisbane started dropping 18 months ago and the Sunny Coast started dropping about 2.5 years ago.
The wages and infrastructure just aren't there and nothing will improve anytime soon with the current state gov (not that I'm advocating the opposition - they're idiots as well)
It's not all bad news, just kick back, let the savings build up, enjoy life and pick up a house that should be more reasonably priced when you're ready.
