Something we have been talking about and investing in and around since then, new rail link, seaside community etc etc.

Now Deception Bay has a reputation, but yields are high, prices are dirt cheap, and thing change over time.
Good rental buying in there imo.

SEQ has been accelerating on ALL data, and I only follow RP Data/ Hedonic index.
Last quarter catching Sydney for Q on Q growth, and surpassed Melbourne.

Can't say we didn't forecast it.

Any FHB in Brisbane North should consider this area.
