This is deception at its finest. A PDS is not good enough. These are not functioning like the majority of ordinary shares and should be seperated as such. Accessible to the public in an area which clearly defines its risk such as a warrant or option, etc is.

The ASX and ASIC need to take action to protect the average trader/investor.
