People rubbish these forums, but I have found plenty to broaden my perspective. Nor can I doubt that many holders of this junk have at least been given an outlet by them. Hopefully the court action will point to an eleventh hour escape. Hopefully the judge will find the warning of obligation in the pds to be deficient and find that consequently BCS has no legal right to pursue the liability of its securities. Then it would come down to whether Mac and Deutsche would still be liable as underwriters if bcs had stuffed up on its product disclosure obligations.
What a bloody mess. What an utter shambles. Where's Derryn Hinch? Where's Steve Vizard for that matter?
