    Ans. Royalty rate increases to 6% when we do ROW licensing type deals."


    I'm a bit confused and concerned about this. I always though we had the exclusive ROW lani rights to do with what we want, either go it alone or find a partner...what's this about DS giving us 6% (worse royalty than relenza) ?????? Can someone clarify? OR does the royalty increase to 6% IN JAPAN ONLY? I'm not sure why that would be the case
