The biggest winner at this stage is actually gas that now dominates UK energy market share. Germany switched nuclear to a lot more lignite locally and imported via Poland, you just won’t see it advertised. So the Germans and other EU and eastern block countries are madly trying to approve more LNG import terminals to meet Paris accord/promises, balance wind and solar and also balance the need for Russian gas.
