I would have thought that the TXT messages he sent to his builder mate whilst he was listening to the evidence in the trial would have been enough to have him reprimanded at least. The full text of these messages was published in the "W/E Australian" about five weeks ago.
Drumgold claimed the messages were sent by his wife on his phone. The builder said he had never met his wife and she would have no knowledge of the technicalities of the renovations he was performing on Drumgolds investment properties. Like most city council employees right up to the PM himself they are Real Estate investors first and Public Servants second.
