Higgins says she has changed her mind and now wants the AFP to investigate whether she consented to sexual intercourse while drunk two years ago. Good luck with proving her "rape" case 2 years after the event when she can`t remember any thing of the night presumably because of severe intoxication rather than Alzheimers.
