The guy was sacked because he entered the premises after hours for personal use. The girl was told the guy was sacked for misconduct (entering a sensitive area with secret documents), girl would also be sacked. Girl hears this, worries about career (newbie to office, few months and tasked to organise the piss up) . Girl claims rape, gets to hold on to job and rise up the ladder. Good girl!
