There is a lot of disinformation coming out of Iraq, but you draw the line at the SAS orchestrating attacks against police. The BBC has just quoted the Iraqi government fessing up to militias infiltrating the police. The SAS - who knows what they were there for but chances are if they were shooting at police it was at the "militia police" they just rooted out.
Don...it doesn't take a genious to figure out that if the militia infiltrate the police and you have a "policeman" yelling and screaming in the streets about how the British are shooting and killing their kind...you may then start to have a popular revolt against the occupier in favour of the militias.
BOTH the militias and the occupying forces are at this disinformation game.
