We don't want to rape and pillage China, we just want to carve up the coastal trading posts like its 1901. This time Britain wants a 999 year lease on Hong Kong, the US wants Taiwan and Australia is good for somewhere close to decent beaches. Guangzhou may be a good start but I think we should rename it New Brisbane because lets be honest, no one is visiting a town called Guangzhou
