Was expecting that....a conv bond of $1m issued recently. 700K was converted last week and the balance 300K was converted today. Id say some of the orig conversion has been sold down already. Dont think they are in any hurry as no real dumping has occurred just controlled sell down.
Seems like a great way to have access to $70+Mil for extended drilling campaign. And no apparent adverse impact on sp. If anything allows SH to accumulate and traders to take more positions.
