well i couldn't resist calling jh myself today, what with the conflicting posts by unhedged and zlato!
i asked did rog have a vote yet and jh replied not until bg have signed off on the prerequisite forms, which they already have.
i asked if there was any time frame they would have it back in and he replied that he speculated (as he does not know himself) that both the paperwork and the drilling program would be finalised within the fortnight.
he said that once bg signed off on rog entering the jv that it would not be necessary to give 2 weeks notice for another opcom meeting...one would be held asap.
also said that technically rog had already committed to the jv so legally could probably still vote anyway...but any recourse to legal action would be the absolute last resort and unlikely to happen.
