It's not a matter of faith unless someone freely chooses to adopt a religion.
Whole communities follow Islam because they were born into it and were indoctrinated before they even went to school. It gives men dominance over women. To leave can mean death. There's so much more that you are well aware of and it's why you wouldn't touch it with a barge pole and neither would I but if we were born into it then it would be a different story.
So I don't hate any Muslim for their religion but I do hope that they might one day be free of it because I think the world would be a better place without such medieval ideologies dictating dogma and suppression of equal rights.
