Well I'm guessing John Locke had an idea about that issue.

He has a quote of which I only need to partially reproduce:

"Where-ever law ends, tyranny begins, if the law be transgressed to another’s harm; and whosoever in authority exceeds the power given him by the law, and makes use of the force he has under his command, to compass that upon the subject, which the law allows not, ceases in that to be a magistrate;............."


The amazing aspect to this Societal Collapse is how quickly those that held the power have rushed to cancel it.

The World is quickly waking to the fact that Governments worldwide have no valid authority.

The faster Governments transgress the faster the system will collapse.
