Maybe, but then don't overlook the brainless mob factor. Maybe some people did try to make their own county a better placed but were overwhelmed by the zombies and had to leave. You can tell the difference between people who come here and try to fit in a contribute and those who here and commit crimes, refuse to assimilate, always have their hand out and are always complaining about the place, cos it doesn't 'feel like home'. Ignorance and stupidity is human wide problem that seems more endemic on some cultures as opposed to others and we should not be importing hoards of the former into a relatively better society. In small numbers they can assimilated and taught how to contribute to our society, in large numbers they simply form sub-cultures and ghettos and then eventually put forward political candidates. We know where that will end if we let it.
