You are correct Director , there already are laws in place for defamation and limits on what those laws can be defined on , for the very reason that those limits do not infringe on the rights of free speech or only negligibly so.
Reduce those limits by making draconian laws , and the rights to free speech are lost.
Once there is a loss of free speech Britain becomes similar to North Korea or China , the downward spiral has started.
It becomes a twilight zone , where what once was legal to say or write now is an illegal but still morally legitimate but not legally legitimate , a world where Alice is in no wonderland .
