Just looked into this case and lucky for certain Greens politician we don't have the same law here. She encouraged a mob to attack a Brisbane family's home and doxed their address to a group of violent left-wing extremists who turned up to cause trouble but were discouraged when they got there because good citizens turned up to protect the family. Even if we did have these 'laws' (further making a mockery of the law) I suspect she still would have got away with it as so far the prosecution of these 'laws' seem highly skewed in one direction.
