Well then, I've just read eleven pages and I haven't yet seen the late great Christopher Hitchens mentioned, and was the tenth page before Rushdie got a look in. Beginning to wonder the ages of the other posters... I would've thought those two intrinsic to this conversation considering the history and how right Hitchens was and how illuminating the fatwa/attack on Rushdie has been regarding that primitive culture/religion/cult.
