why dont you enlighten me on what would be the 'decent' thing to do here then...does waiting for a goahead from the UN do it for you ?...ya know the UN whose troops watched while people got massacred in the Balkans ..Rwanda..i could go on...you seem to be one that rails against any action of any kind on anything,,,i'm genuinely intersted in what you'd suggest
