good to see some fight back... this might encourage more fightbacks in future .
the most obvious thing to do of course is to pretend that no one is aware that there are any idiots on top of the train - and just run the trains on schedule .
the result would be some prime candidates for the coveted darwin awards - and as usual, awarded posthumously.
maybe some huge signs all around the station and to the tube entrances - stating that all trains will be operating as per the timetables/schedules would absolve the train operators of all the silly legal stuff
