Now this case is formal the whole case is based on what Brittany remembers. Her statements at the time and her recent recollections of events on Media outlets will be closely scrutinized. IMHO. her choice of taking this story first to the media was a poor choice, because the reality is, the defense will seek to find flaws in her statements and highlight them. If it was handed to the AFP in the first place, we might have got somewhere to the truth, but now we will get a defense built around her own media statements. This case will really highlight how emotional and futile our society has become from being fed sensational heart tugging stories by the media. My hearts bleed for all the victims of our indigenous communities having to hear about this one!
