conviction at this late date almost impossible with the horrendous prejudice created by higgins broadcasting "here say" in the public domain.....a "fair" jury trial impossible....
but let's not forget one good thing out of all this.... their ABC have fodder for the next 3 months and ammunition to besmirch the federal government....their primary reason d'être
