In these times while all stock prices are falling (except asc) banks could have a real profit hit... look at Citigroup last night... all it takes is one large corporate failure and the banks will see the single digit PE's again.
Just a warning in my opinion.
Don't listen to the commentators tell you banks are a defensive investment... very aggressive in this environment.
