I doubt Brittany tore her own clothing off while lying asleep on a couch. Forcibly removing a woman's clothing while she is unconcious and unable to give consent is still sexual assault.

I suspect the outcome will be downgraded to sexual assault and he will get time. The witness statements and grilling they will get in court will keep the media frenzy. Scomo better wish this court case concludes well after the next election..
