I think S 8 resorts and Breakfree BRK will have no trouble beating profit forecasts. Things are really bouncing back strongly in the gold coast tourism market. These 2 companies are hitting their unit owners pretty heavily for rental commissions and sundries. Hmmm.....
I havent done a fundamentals check on them yet, so I dont know their overheads, but its a high probability they will suprise the markets when announcements are due next.Does anyone know when that is?
