SEL is currently locked in a bitter battle trying to take over BRK,it is pretty messy.
Otherwise it is paying 7.5c FF div.and is well managed.
Rental demand for holiday units at Gold and Sunshine Coasts is very strong.
Hard to talk about overheads until situation clears.Writing offhand SEL got ~20% of BRK at this stage.
