1. what is the value of our assets today.
2. what is the value of our assets if we validate PUD on Jewel block.
3. what is the value of our assets if we do same on 3 more blocks.
4. BET = RISK x REWARD => company intent ??? partial or full payout to shareholders when ?

(i strongly believe that an intent of Jewel sale of 880 acres x say 30,000 an acre sending a partial dividend intent in the nearer horizon will get sellers to preprice their script higher and buyers to engage)

5. RISK - show all the wells success in the area.

Has the company ever stated that it intends to payout the full acreage of 4 operator blocks sale return to shareholders ? We gather this potential insight from the private investors PDF who we assume the authors are close to the company.

Then what does the company plan to do with a sale of these 4 SWISH Blocks ? (and stack)
Black Mesa obviously want a payout. But where is it clearly stated in any kind of road map ?
