Buyers - Engage risk analysis and positioning to recover all your capital at 0.9c = 9m mc
(and maybe hold for 3 more blocks to follow, but more upside as the entire value is returned ?)

Sellers - Why are we selling so cheap if the risk to payback will drive buyers to pay more ?

So can the company work out what it needs to do, (dooohh! ) to engage the gambling community to speculate a higher value today for what is coming ? (is anything coming ?)

The market may speculatively position if the return is on the horizon at least. (not wait for years of realestate deals to churn before it clears a path to shareholders.)

But it also needs others, (not us wagons full already holders) to start taking the bet.
Which means present the carrot to the market. The wider market. Invite Brokers to the bet.

What is the current message BRK ? wait years for convolution of realestate deals ? or show us the money as a work in progress ?
