Good stuff... I would also add the ~300 net acres for the Bullard. Since this is now a PUD unit, even though it has not yet had a released valuation, IMO it wouldn't be a stretch to guesstimate a value along the lines of the STACK acres. To be conservative , US $ 20,000 per net acre , vs US$30,000 for the STACK would not be unreasonable. I would add A$6-8 million , including the 20-3o-% discount, to BRK's valuation or 0.6-0.8 cents t0 ~ 4.5 cents
