ASX:BRK has 790M shares on issue with a market cap of around $10-12M with $0.8M in cash. They have funding facility of USD $5.5m. BRK strategy is acquiring acreage at wholesale rates in the core of these world class resource plays of tier one operators. These tier one operators do not classify these acreage as assets they would exploit simply because they are too small and not relevant but they would be very good assets for smaller emerging players. BRk has JV with Merchant funds management as a drilling JV to ultimately revalue the land 15-20 times. BRK sole job is to find and acquire valuation land.
1. Advanced towards companies target of 10 million barrels of oil
2. Targeting total acreage of 1280 Acres
3. Unlock uplift in acreage with 50% + of the companies acreage in production.
