Further to this point and @marco33 feedback re: MW not selling his oppies...
It would appear MW entities took up 22+m shares, +/-1% of total voting rights, as we have not seen a change in sub notice. As there was a 1:1 oppie, MW entities have 22m oppies.
The last CR resulted in a 20% dilution, See here:

Merchant on the otherhand did not participate in the last CR. See their last sub holder notice here:

A few interesting tidbits in this last announcement:
1. The long delay in releasing this notice; as per RG 5.298, this notice is due within 2 business days. Why the 3 month delay from the CR when Merchant were clearly diluted beyond +/-1%? Very sloppy.
2. Merchant are clearly trading the stock. Down 2,5m in trading.
Many here are wondering where all the volume has come from to cap the SP. Imo, I would say it is the big holders here. Now ask yourselves why? I have my own theory which I have mentioned before.
