You have to factor in the 435 million options which will take us to 1.2 billion shares. If they’re excercised it’ll bring in nearly 9 million and BRK can be its own banker. I don’t like the dilution but see this as a positive.
AUD$36 000 x 1780 / 1.2 billion = 5.34c
They’re going to need the share price at least around 2.4c by late November if they want them converted.
