BRK discussion, page-1671

@peto2810 I now expect BRK to take much longer than I ever anticipated to play out. The assets are uneconomic to develop imo. Now it’s a long term waiting game for prices to recover to see if they can offload more acreage at a good price. It could drag on for years. Then there’s SWISH which I don’t see being drilled even if they acquire the acreage. I really don’t. They need to clarify exactly what their plans and back-up plans are regarding this.

It really hit me over the past week just how massive the shale bubble is. There’s 240 billion plus of debt attached too. Go on YouTube and have a look at some of the videos and you’ll see it’s the WA lng construction boom x 100. Even at high prices most of the companies have negative cash flow and only a few can really break even at low prices.

I’d like to see if they address any of my concerns in the next quarterly or just string us along saying everything’s fine.
