- fence sitters, (the few that are aware) jump in when Jewel funding in place
- A major acreage sale, potentially in part used for a share buy back ? (if the market wont come to brk, BRK may potentially use say a buy back lever to go to the market ?? company would need to clarify that optionality but has been suggest by others as a lever it could use)

Then volumes alert the market, and awareness of successful model grows.
