A few takeover thoughts:
- Not enough liquidity with 1b SOI. Would be extremely hard for anyone to buy up a big chunk of the register considering there isn't a lot on offer shares wise for sale. As soon as anyone caught wind, people would start holding their shares.
- Poison pill. (deterrent)
- Top10 / Top20 own a big chunk and a lot of them are from the same stable with direct plugin's to the register changes - would be difficult to stealth. Top 10 would also be hard to sway for the takeover co.
- Dawn raid impossible as per first point. Not enough on the sell side to take up a meaningful stack.
