    I'm saying the goal is not to buy on market but instead a 'strategic placement' at a ridiculously lowball figure (a zillion shares at 0.7c)... so it seems good to the market..

    We have seen every announcement sold down and a steady and consistent selling down... whoever this is - they could have sold a hell of a lot more shares at 2c, 1.9c, 1.8c, 1.7c but NO, they have driven this down to 0.7c with 6,000,000 stacked on the 2nd pip up... that's not serious selling, that is action deliberately designed to actively discourage buyers, nothing else..

    If you wanted to sell 6M shares in the current environment you wouldn't plonk them at the next pip up now would u? Unless you had zero intention of selling them in the first place..

    If we get a 'Jewell funding secured through strategic placement' (Company X receives a zillion shares at issued at 0.7c with X amount in escrow until the share price hits 2c, (not 3 like the rest of us..) - I will lose my lollies...
