So if brk secure that 8000acre and still show no cash position would common sense prevail and assume we would have needed cash to pay for that!!
They have disclosed net cash positive amounts so what else is needed??? To be prudent I would also assume that we have drawn the max amount at all times from the loan facility.
Keep adding land and keep adding to the net cashflow rinse and repeat.
