Don’t think the cash will show in the 4c unless the sale value is more than the credit facility amount??
What I would be expecting would be 100 acre sale worth x amount of $$
Followed by another acreage acquisition Ann.
I think the mean valuation was around $16000 per acre so anything above this is a bonus.

Outstanding sale 2.6m
If we sale 100 @ $26k avg then we should be on for a rerate imo given we have 2000 acre left! What’s everyones thoughts on this am I way off???
