Ok , I see where your are coming from.
The website property at Beaver County is being marketed by a company on the secondary market as BRK like to say . Those on the link ( which is from Convey as you mentioned) are leases picked up from individual land holders holding mineral rights as the initial lease bonus
So there is alot of primary lease activity at this time and hpefully BRK via Black Mesa will show more than the 96 leases picked up this calander year soon.
